Thanks to the placement of aesthetic veneers, our patients can improve the appearance of their teeth, modifying significant aspects such as the size, shape, colour or position of some teeth.
They are ideal when it comes to correcting dental imperfections such as stains on teeth, wear on teeth, spaces between them (known as diastemas) and other irregularities.

At Tafur Dental Clinic we work with the best dental veneer materials, although the use of one or another type will depend on what the specialist advises. Among the most popular types of aesthetic veneers we can highlight the following:
- Porcelain veneers. They achieve a very natural result and have exceptionally high resistance and durability. Their useful life exceeds 15 years with proper care. Ideal for those who want a long-term smile.
- Composite veneers. A synthetic resin is used that is moulded directly onto the tooth. It is a quick and less invasive solution. They are cheaper and easier to repair. Their useful life is less than porcelain veneers, between 5 and 7 years depending on the use and care given to them.
- Lumineers veneers. They are ultra-thin and normally do not require wear on the natural tooth. They have a brighter appearance, but they are not used to correct more pronounced problems in dental shape or alignment.
- Lithium disilicate veneers. They have very high resistance and durability. They are recommended, precisely because of their resistance, for patients with problems with bruxism or teeth grinding.
- CEREC veneers. The preparation of the veneers, in addition to their placement, is carried out in the dental clinic itself. A scan of the patient’s mouth is performed and, thanks to the use of specific software, the design is created. They can be placed in a single session, ideal for patients who cannot or do not want to delay their treatment for more visits.

Veneers made with CEREC fit perfectly to the tooth. In addition, they are totally biocompatible and allow you to plan the treatment in a more comfortable way for you since so many initial visits are not necessary.
